The Dealer Fusion system was conceived by an Internet sales manager who realized he was spending more time struggling with technology than selling cars. He also noticed he had not sold any used cars through the many referral sites to which his dealership subscribed.
He determined there was a great demand for a service that would take care of all the technical and labor-intensive aspects of the dealership's Internet department -- thus freeing sales people to do what they do best -- sell cars.
Dealer Fusion’s online solutions include proprietary full-featured software that delivers comprehensive inventory and lead management functionality to its dealership clients. These include a customized search engine, instant pricing updates and a proprietary Search Interface that enables dealerships to maintain an up-to-date inventory.
Dealer Fusion also offers in-person account management to enhance its software offering. Relationship Managers visit dealerships and use barcode scanners and snap photos of vehicles for sale. The data is then sent back to the dealership and is accurately maintained and updated via the Web using Dealer Fusion proprietary software.
